· Is Amhurst FHA/VA approved?  FHA and VA only require CONDOS to be approved. Amhurst is not a CONDO or conversion.

 

· How is Amhurst managed?  Amhurst has an on-site, full-time, homeowner manager. John has been part of the management of Amhurst for over twenty years.

 

· What is the current dues amount?  $231.00 paid monthly.

· Is a special assessment planned? No.

 

· Can I put up a FOR SALE sign? Only OPEN HOUSE signs are permitted the day of the open house.

· Does Amhurst’s website show current listings?  Yes.  We also post the listings at a HOMES FOR SALE bulletin board at our neighborhood’s front entrance.

 

· If I have a potential buyer that has questions, who should we contact?   Our Association Manager, John Dizon.

 

· What are the pet restrictions?  Amhurst follows the City of St Louis Park pet rules.  Amhurst does not have a height or size restriction on dogs. Three pet maximum. Pet rules are in our RESIDENT GUIDE.

 

· Is Amhurst strict?  No.  Our residents enjoy a level of individuality that most Associations do not allow.  Residents can utilize common ground for gardens, we have a enclosed dog run, our Gazebo is available for resident’s reserved use. 

· Can an owner rent their home at Amhurst?  Yes.
